2014 Wall of Fame of APIAs on the Streets of San Francisco
The San Francisco Map of APIA Stars is a work-in-progress that began as the theme for the 2014 APIA Heritage Month Celebration. At the time, students found 22 sites in San Francisco that bear the names of Asian Pacific Islander Americans. Biographies of these individuals are in the 2014 APIA Wall of Fame (click above link).
The APIA Biography Project continues periodically to add more stars to the map. The above 2019 SF Map of APIA Stars has increased the number of stars to 39. We welcome any input to help make this map as accurate and as comprehensive as possible.
