Olivia Quigley

Olivia Quigley (b. 1991) was adopted from China when she was three years old. Two years later, she was diagnosed with autism. At age 24, before she was scheduled to attend the Special Olympics, Quigley had stage 4 breast cancer. Despite the chemotherapy she was undergoing, she won two gold medals in the 100 meters and the 4x100-meter relay and a silver medal in the 200 meters at the 2015 Special Olympics World Games in Los Angeles. Quigley is also a high brown belt in taekwondo. She works as a room service attendant at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.
