Joanna Lau
CEO of Lau Technologies, Inc.
Joanna Lau (b. 1959) was born in Hong Kong to a family of nine children. After her father’s death, the mother brought all the children to New York City in 1976. Lau received a full scholarship to the State University of New York in Long Island and double majored in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. After many years of accumulated savings and hard work, she founded and became Chief Executive Officer of Lau Technologies, Inc., a company that invests and consults in new technology ventures.
