Paralympic Sled Hockey Player

Jen Yung Lee (b. 1986) is a Paralympic sled hockey player. He joined the varsity basketball team at Westmoor High School in California and was a US Army Blackhawk helicopter mechanic. In 2009, Lee's left leg was amputated above the knee due to a motorcycle accident. He was introduced to sled hockey as a form of therapy, and the San Antonio Rampage invited him to their team as their goal tender. Lee then became a member of the US Paralympic Sled Hockey Team that won gold at the 2014 Paralympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia.
