Kelly Hu

Kelly Hu (b. 1968) was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, of Chinese, English and Hawaiian ancestry. She was the first Asian American to become Miss Teen USA in 1985 and in 1993, she became Miss Hawaiʽi USA. In addition to starring in many television shows and films, she has been active in supporting causes such as protecting the Hawaiian ecology and supporting children’s hospitals throughout the United States.
